CountyPulse is conducting an Otero County resident retail demand pilot operated under Cityvance LLC. This page explains how information submitted through the pilot survey is used.
Information collected
The survey may collect your general connection to Otero County, location area, optional ZIP code, shopping or service needs, out-of-county destinations, trip frequency, approximate spending range, business preferences, written comments, and optional email address if you request updates.
How information is used
Survey responses are used to analyze resident-reported unmet demand and prepare aggregated pilot findings for local economic development and community stakeholders. Optional email addresses may be used to send pilot updates or request voluntary follow-up feedback.
What is shared
CountyPulse may share aggregated findings, such as category totals, destination patterns, spending-range distributions, and anonymized written themes. Individual email addresses will not be displayed in public reports.
Your choice
Providing an email address is optional. You may submit a survey response without signing up for an account.
